Aryue remains one of the biggest names from China to have broken onto EDM's top table. His eclectic mix of electrifying trance, future rave and big room techno is energising enough to blow up even the most monstrously-sized main stages.

Known as the Godfather of electronic music in China, he’s been helping shape his home scene for 20 years, and in 2023 dropped his new album ‘Power Of Dragon’. “I’ve also been working on my studio, running my record label, Dragon Records, and I released a lot of new songs,” he tells DJ Mag.

Always keen to keep learning despite his achievements, Aryue has been polishing up his studio skills and in particular says he learned a lot of new things about the mixing and mastering process in 2023. “I always try to blend four musical styles together — trance, techno, future rave and EDM — and love the happiness I get from music.”

As well as continuing to produce potent new tunes, his aim in the near future is to “explore and cultivate more excellent Chinese producers and open up the Chinese electronic music market so Chinese producers go global”.
